3 weeks Old Romaine Lettuce
Here are my first batch of 3 week old lettuce plants growing on 4 inch pots on a 4x per day flood and drain system. Seedlings ngs were completely manually watered at the start and put in a flood and drain system 5 days before it completes its 2 week seedling stage.

1 week old on left tray planted on folded tissue on the left side of the tray and fish tank filter media on the right side of the tray.
2 week old on the right tray planted on folded toilet paper on lower left, planted on unfolded toilet paper on upper left, and fish tank filter media on right side of the right tray.
Flooding schedule is 4 times a day at 5AM, 11AM, 5PM, and 11PM.
Nutrient solution is Scott's Peters Professional General Purpose 20-20-20 and Calcium Nitrate mix.
